Nick is a highly experienced international Sales Director with a wealth of knowledge across new and unfolding markets with a passion for using CRM technologies as a strategic necessity.
His career has accumulated a significant number of major $Multi-million sales and has managed many productive sales teams during his international career, having worked and lived in Europe and China. He developed his roles with Hughes Network Systems (Satellite) to Cable and Wireless (Telecoms) in senior sales leadership roles, followed by a Board appointment as VP Sales with Irdeto (Pay-TV) managing the global sales force, then General Manager for their Chinese subsidiary; more recently Group Business Development with Pace (STB) and a Directors’ appointment managing a partner program for Ericsson (Broadcast).
Nick was a Commissioned Officer and Pilot in the Royal Air Force flying ‘Nimrod’ on Search & Rescue and Surveillance missions. On leaving, Nick commenced his sale career in Banking (Software), then Telecommunications (Global Networks) and latterly the Broadcast (Conditional Access, Set-Top-Box and Video Distribution) markets.
Steve’s extensive police experience and operational expertise has earned him a respected position in today’s security and policing industry. He has worked in all departments and facets within the security field from consultative roles and operational planning to business strategy and delivery.
Steve has been an innovative champion for new technologies, ensuring that they address the problems being faced by today’s front line user.
As a senior police manager, Steve has been Gold and Silver Commander of many major events (upwards of 60,000+ crowds) and has also performed the role of Counter Terrorism Security Coordinator at many more including the England Rugby World Cup Victory parade and Live8. Steve has completed the National Security Coordinators Course (Counter Terrorism), the Management of Disaster and Civil Emergency (MODACE) and the Metropolitan Police ‘Events Commanders Course’ and is recognised as one of the most knowledgeable operational event management professionals.
As well as working for the Organising Committee of the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and The Yas Marina Circuit, staging the 2010 Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix, Steve has worked as the Industry Liaison lead within the Home Office’s Office for Security and Counter Terrorism, and was the project manager that delivered the logistic support to the policing of the London 2012 Olympics – managing a budget of over £105m.

A data and information management professional with in-depth experience in the practical issues of data and information governance, compliance, archiving, discovery and disclosure with 40 year’s relevant experience in business requirement analysis and the subsequent application of information systems to business covering a wide range of functions in both public and private sectors.
Demonstrated knowledge of records management, information life-cycle management, auditing and information compliance; a recognized expert in the management and compliant retention and disposition of both data and information.
